On Wednesday April 15th, from 130 pm to 245 pm we will be partnering with Parkinson’s of Canada in Manitoba for a phone presentation on “Adapted Physical Activities You Can Do at Home”. We will highlight the benefits you get from exercise that can reduce symptoms, as well some helpful tips you can use on a daily basis. Flex Fitness personal trainer, Alistair Hopper, will be describing five exercises that you can do at home with no equipment at all and he will adapt the exercise to your specific needs. There also will be a question and answer period after the presentation portion has been completed. Tell your friends and family who you believe will benefit from this and let them know each participant will receive a door prize for attending. Here are some instructions on how to join the presentation and participate in the conversation.
