Interpretation of the cosmic diet

Misunderstandings and fallacies:

1. Carbohydrates (generally called starches) and proteins cannot be eaten at the same time. There are two opinions on this.

The first one is that pepsin and amylase will interfere with each other. I want to say that you underestimate the human body’s digestive ability.

The second is that when these two things come together, fat will be generated. Fat will eventually store your remaining energy.

Sugar metabolism → acetyl coa → fatty acid, sugar metabolism → dihydroxyacetone phosphate → glycerol, glycerol + fatty acid → triglyceride (fat). Amino acids can deaminate and generate sugar, but the process is much more complicated. So fat production is mostly caused by excessive carbohydrate intake. This is also the principle of some high-protein weight loss. But it's nonsense. I have criticized it before, but I won’t say it again.

2. It is very bad to only eat fruits and vegetables for breakfast. After a night of consumption in the morning, your body tends to have low blood sugar and low glycogen reserves. At the same time, fruits and vegetables are very low in calories and have very few carbohydrates. They make you tired easily. To put it bluntly, eating only fruits and vegetables is basically the same as not eating breakfast.

3. It made some food classifications. When I saw that the niacin and vitamin B1 rich in certain fruits can reduce lower body fat, I laughed immorally.

4. Choose 1 to 2 days a week to eat only vegetables, which is called a full-body detoxification. Are you practicing Bigu?

5. It seems that there is a sugar-free week. You can't take in any carbohydrates and only eat protein. Isn't this just Atkins? A high-protein, zero-carb diet. If you don't want to stink, don't try it.

Concepts worthy of promotion in the Cosmic Diet:

1. It is correct to eat more vegetables, but the ratio of carbohydrates (or protein): vegetables = 3:7, you’d better change it to carbohydrate: protein: vegetables = 2.5: 2.5: 5, which means a On a round plate, staple food and meat account for one-quarter each, and vegetables account for one-half.

2. Reduce fat intake and eat lightly. This is a very good concept of the universe diet! It is also a key to losing fat.

The key point is that combined with exercise, this is a good way to improve your metabolism, shape your body, and prevent rebound, rather than blindly controlling your diet. Excluding the above-mentioned more deceptive aspects, the cosmic diet is the most reliable method I have ever seen, and the general direction is in the right direction. But it seems to be commercially bundled and developed many peripheral products. Finally, fat loss depends on correct diet control (not dieting) + scientific exercise.
