Peaches and Cream Protein Shake

This classic combination is right at home in a leveled-up protein smoothie.

                                            <li>¼ cup fat-free Greek yogurt </li>
                                            <li>½ cup orange juice </li>
                                            <li>2  scoops vanilla whey or eggs-white protein powder</li>
