Shamrock Shake Recipe

Chef’s Tip: Put soft and liquid items in the blender first to better lubricate the blades so they’ll cut through the harder stuff, like frozen fruit, more easily

                                <li>1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk</li>
                                            <li>1 tbsp fresh lime juice</li>
                                            <li>1/2 avocado</li>
                                            <li>1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder</li>
                                            <li>1 cup baby spinach or baby kale</li>
                                            <li>6 mint leaves</li>
                                            <li>1/2 tsp ginger powder</li>
                                            <li>1 cup frozen peach slices or frozen mango cubes</li>
                            </ul>

                            <li>Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if too thick.</li>
